The new business has unique needs. To succeed  the business team needs to partner up with a CPA that has experience working with new businesses to guide them through the many decisions they will have to make. New business owners need expertise and a fast response time.

Many businesses start off this way. There are legal and tax implications involved so it is highly recommended that business owners meet with an experienced business attorney and their CPA to choose the Business Structure that is best for them.
